The Employee NPS Survey helps you understand how likely your team is to recommend your company as a workplace. It’s ideal for measuring employee loyalty, identifying areas for improvement and showing your team their feedback is valued. All through a recurring, lightweight survey you can easily act on.

How to set up an Employee NPS Survey

  • Choose your Audience

    • Pick from two options to define who receives the survey:

      • Direct Users: Select individuals to receive the survey via DM

      • Slack Channel: Post the survey in a public channel where all members can respond

  • Schedule your survey (we run it twice a year)

  • Determine who can see the Results:

    • Make responses visible to everyone (either live or once the poll closes)

    • Restrict visibility (so only you can see results)

    • Enable anonymous responses (available for any poll/survey)

When you're all set, hit Publish. Geekbot will ping your team as per your delivery settings and responses will arrive soon enough. 🎉

  • Look for trends, not one-off scores (focus on what’s improving and what needs attention)
