Team Participation

Single Date View

Boost daily engagement by tracking who reports and send reminders to those who don’t.

The Team Participation widget shows the percentage of participants who have reported by a set date. Click "View all" to see a list of reporters and non-reporters — and use 'Select people to remind' to nudge those who are yet to report.

Date Range View

Spot long-term engagement patterns and act on periods of low participation.

The Date Range widget splits the data into two sets: Team Participation and User Participation. These show reporting trends and number of reports per participant across weeks, months or even years.

The design helps managers identify cycles of engagement and periods of lower reporting consistency.

Blockers

Identify and remove obstacles with AI-powered insights on team challenges.

The Blockers widget provides a detailed breakdown of obstacles faced by team members on a specific day. Using AI-powered categorization, it organizes blockers into categories like Dependencies, Technical, Health, Personal, Time, and Fatigue.

Each category displays the number of reported blockers—and by hovering over avatars, you can see which team members are affected.

Team Happiness

Single Date View

Gauge daily morale to maintain a positive, productive team environment with the help of AI-driven sentiment analysis.

The Team Happiness widget uses AI to analyze sentiment through emoji responses, providing a quick snapshot of positive, neutral, and negative moods for the day. This enables managers to act swiftly if morale dips, supporting team well-being.

Date Range View

Track emotional trends over time to sustain long-term team motivation with AI-backed insights.

The Date Range view uses AI to categorize positive and negative emotions visually (blue for positive, red for negative). Hover over days for a detailed breakdown, empowering managers to proactively support team morale over time.

Single Date View

Understand responses at a glance, whether they’re text, numbers, or multiple choices.

The Answer Type widgets adjust based on question format, showing text summaries, numerical medians, and choice percentages, allowing managers to quickly digest feedback.

Date Range View

See overall participation per question over time to track engagement.

In the Date Range view, these widgets condense responses into simple metrics, making it easy for managers to assess participation trends across questions.

Reporting Leaderboards

Single Date View - Report Streak

The Report Streak widget showcases team members with the longest reporting streaks, fostering healthy competition and motivating steady engagement.

Date Range View - Report Champion

Celebrate top contributors who consistently submit reports over time.

The Report Champion widget ranks the three most dedicated participants, helping managers recognize commitment and reinforce positive habits.

Rebounding

Single Date View

Spot participants who struggle with their reporting schedule and take action.

The Rebounding widget shows who has reported after a long period of time, indicating the exact days since their last report. Highlighting their come-back works as a motivation to continue participating in reporting.

Date Range View

Find out the biggest rebounder of your team on a given time span.

In the Date Range view, you will see the participant who had the biggest rebound period of them all.

Out of Office

Single Date View

Plan around team absences with real-time visibility on who’s OOO.

The Out of Office widget lists unavailable team members, informing the team and ensuring that managers can assign responsibilities accordingly.

Date Range View

Access a history of team absences for better planning and coverage.

In the Date Range view, this widget shows who was out over a specific period, enabling managers to keep accurate attendance records and ensure team coverage.
