Participation Metrics provide actionable data to monitor and optimize team engagement in standups. These widgets empower managers to track individual and team-level participation, identify trends, and encourage timely reporting.

Single Date View

This view provides a snapshot of participation for a specific day. The widget displays:

  • Reported Percentage: Showing how many participants completed reports that day.

  • Participant Status: Avatars show who has and hasn't reported.

  • Reminders: The "Select people to remind" button allows you to prompt individuals who haven’t reported.

Clicking it opens a modal where you can:

  • View who has reported or received notifications.

  • Send reminders to those who haven’t reported yet.

ℹ️ Participants can only be reminded once every five hours.

Date Range View

When analyzing participation over a range of dates, two widgets provide you with comprehensive insights:

  • Team Participation: A daily breakdown of reporting percentages; each bar represents the overall participation rate for that day.

  • User Participation: A detailed view of individual engagement. This widget shows:

    • Report Rate: The percentage of days an individual submitted reports compared to their total assigned reporting days.

    • Filtering: Narrow down results by specific users to focus on individual contributions.

Participation metrics simplify the process of monitoring engagement, enabling managers to stay informed and proactive. With these insights, ensure your standups drive productivity and accountability across your team. ✨
