How to add this workflow
It's a simple 4-step process:
1. Add Geekbot to your workspace/team
2. Select the Monthly 1-on-1 templates page
3. Include your teammates from the Participants block
4. Select a broadcast channel to post reports

Best practices
Use a duplicated workflow for each team member, then broadcast each one to the same private channel to maintain complete confidentiality.
The pre-set questions aren't perfect for everyone, so be sure to tweak them to reflect your team's unique culture, and you'll likely get a very candid response.
