How to add this template
It's a simple 3-step process:
1. Select the Monthly 1-on-1 from the templates page
2. Include your teammates from the Participants block
3. Select a broadcast channel to post reports

Best practices
Use a duplicated standup for each team member, then broadcast each one to the same private channel to maintain confidentiality.
The pre-set questions aren't perfect for everyone, so be sure to tweak them to reflect your team's unique culture, and you'll likely get a very candid response.
