With remote and hybrid work on the rise, teams need a little help to forge personal connections. With Geekbot, you can send a configurable set of random water cooler questions, encouraging everyone on your team to talk. Under each thread, your teammates will learn more about each other, forging stronger connections along the way.
How to add this template
It's a simple 3-step process:
1. Select the Monday Watercooler from the templates page
2. Include your teammates from the Participants block
3. Select a broadcast channel to post reports
✨ Auto-save drafts
As you configure your standup, Geekbot periodically saves your changes. You'll see an indicator displaying the most recent save timestamp, so you'll know exactly when your changes were secured.
This way, you can take your time perfecting the standup without worrying about losing any adjustments and avoiding sending notifications to your team.
🙏 Publish
When everything looks good, simply publish your standup. This action will alert your team to the new standup and let them know the timing of their first prompt.
