How to add this template
It's a simple 3-step process:
1. Select the Daily Standup from the templates page
2. Include your teammates from the Participants block
3. Select a broadcast channel to post reports
And don't forget to publish your settings. 🙏
It really is that simple. Geekbot will then let your teammates know about the new Daily Standup and when they can expect their first ping. 😄
Best practices
Use a dedicated broadcast channel to avoid general chit-chat.
Enable the engagement summary to nudge your team to report on time.
Adjust the time zone setting so everyone can report at a reasonable hour.
Check the insights tab in your Geekbot dashboard for an overview of team progress.
Variables ({name}, {hello}, etc.) are an excellent way to personalize your standups, so feel free to use them in your intro and outro messages.
