Create and run as many standups, check-ins, and reports as you need. There are no limits on frequency or number.

Configure exactly when and how your standup runs. Standup admins can choose the reporting frequency and specific days, set the exact time and timezone, enable or disable the schedule, and define how Geekbot behaves if participants are offline, either sending the DM at the scheduled time or when they come online.

Let your team customize when and how they receive their standup prompts. From the My Preferences section, participants can set their preferred time and timezone, choose whether Geekbot sends the DM at the scheduled time or when they come online, define reminder intervals if they haven’t reported, and select when to receive email summaries with the team's reports.

Pause standup prompts while you’re away to avoid reminders and appearing as a non-respondent in engagement reports. Simply tell Geekbot your absence dates, and it will stop sending DMs during that period. You can also edit scheduled time off, add additional absence periods, and view all upcoming out-of-office dates.

Allow team members to submit updates anonymously when needed. Useful for sensitive check-ins or team health updates.

Generate poll questions and answer options using AI directly inside Slack. Instead of starting from scratch, let Geekbot's AI suggest relevant questions and multiple-choice answers based on your topic.

Use and modify pre-built templates to quickly run engagement surveys, pulse checks, and decision polls. Templates come ready to send but are fully editable to adjust the questions, answer options, and timing.

Schedule recurring or one-time polls with flexible timing options. Whether you need a weekly pulse check every Monday morning or a one-off decision poll for a specific date, have full control over frequency, time, and timezone.

Define how long a poll remains active, from a few hours to several days. Once the duration expires, the poll closes automatically and results are locked.
