  • Choose your Audience

    • Pick from two options to define who receives the survey:

      • Direct Users: Select individuals to receive the survey via DM

      • Slack Channel: Post the survey in a channel where all members can respond

  • Schedule your survey:
    - Suggested recurrence: Every 3 months
    - Response duration: 14 days

  • Determine who can see the Results:

    • Make responses visible to everyone in real time after a user votes, or only once the survey closes.

💡 Tip: Keep in mind that Anonymous responses are enabled by default in this template and cannot be changed to ensure confidentiality and unbiased responses.
