How to set up an Onboard New Member

  • Choose your Audience

    • Pick from two options to define who receives the survey:

      • Direct Users: Select individuals to receive the survey via DM

      • Slack Channel: Post the survey in a channel where all members can respond

  • Schedule your survey:

    • Suggested recurrence: One time (ad-hoc)
      Response duration: 14 days.

  • Determine who can see the Results:

    • Make responses visible to everyone (either in real time or after the poll closes)

    • Restrict visibility (so only you can see results)

    • Enable anonymous responses (available for any poll/survey)

When you're all set, hit Publish. Geekbot will ping your team as per your delivery settings and responses will arrive soon enough. 🎉
