How to set up an Onboard New Member
Select the Onboard New Member template
Choose your Audience
Pick from two options to define who receives the survey:
Direct Users: Select individuals to receive the survey via DM
Slack Channel: Post the survey in a channel where all members can respond
Schedule your survey:
Suggested recurrence: One time (ad-hoc)
Response duration: 14 days.
Determine who can see the Results:
Make responses visible to everyone (either in real time or after the poll closes)
Restrict visibility (so only you can see results)
Enable anonymous responses (available for any poll/survey)
When you're all set, hit Publish. Geekbot will ping your team as per your delivery settings and responses will arrive soon enough. 🎉
