Managing Company Settings in Geekbot

Geekbot's settings provide admins with comprehensive tools to manage users, workflows, and billing within their organization. This guide will walk you through the 'Company' section of settings, covering the "Users," "Workflows," and "Billing" pages.

Users

The "Users" page provides an overview of all the members in your organization.

  • User List: View a list of all users, including their role, the amount of workflows they participate in, and if they manage any.

  • Actions: Use the options menu (three dots) beside each user to view their profile or copy their user ID for troubleshooting purposes.

Workflows

The "Workflows" page offers a centralized view of all workflows within your organization.

  • Workflow List: Switch between active, paused, and archived workflows to manage the current status of each.

  • Workflow Management: Use the options menu (three dots) beside each workflow to manage, view, pause, or archive/restore it.

Billing

The "Billing" page provides an overview of your subscription plan and access to detailed billing information.

  • Overview: View your current plan, user count, and active workflows. This section provides a summary of your subscription details.

  • Billing Roles: Manage roles related to billing within your organization, including:

    • Assigning or removing billing admins (Slack/MS Teams accounts) who will be able to do the same and receive billing-related emails (there should be at least one active account there).

    • Adding or removing billing contacts to receive invoices and billing-related emails without having a Slack/MS Teams account or dashboard access.

  • History: Get a detailed analysis on your account's billing history. You can read more here ➡️

  • Invoices: One-stop-shop to view and download all your invoices. You can read more here ➡️

  • Billing Information: Configure your billing information to keep your records up to date. You can read more here ➡️
