See the access and functionalities available to members and admins

This guide will help you navigate the Settings Overview page, showing the differences in access and functionalities between members and admins.

Navigate to the settings section by clicking the ⚙️ icon in the bottom-left of your screen.

Members

In the Settings Overview page, members can see general information about their profile and organization, access their profile, and set an out-of-office. As a member, you can navigate through My Profile and My Activity.

You can also go to the Users and Billing sections but only view basic information.

Admins

Admins (which include Slack/MS Teams admins and the signed-up user) have additional functionalities that enable more comprehensive workspace management.

When accessing the Settings Overview, admins see the same personal profile features as members, just with added capabilities to manage users, workflows, and billing directly. Additional admin features include:

  • Users: Find a list of your account's active users alongside additional user information and configuration settings. You can read more here ➡️(link to Company Settings article)
