How to add this workflow
It's a simple 4-step process:
1. Add Geekbot to your workspaceteam
2. Select the Work From Home templates page
3. Include your teammates from the Participants block
4. Select a broadcast channel to post reports

Now it's over to Geekbot. It'll drop your team a note about the new workflow and let them know when they're due for the first report
Use duplicated workflows (one for each team member) and broadcast them all in the same private channel to maintain full confidentiality.
We find a weekly schedule is best, though this can depend on your team and how often they like to check in.
This workflow works well in tandem with your usual check-ins, letting your teammates share what's on their minds before you actually meet.
