To enable Ask Geekbot across your account, a Geekbot admin needs to turn on AI features in the dashboard. Once it’s enabled, your team can start using Ask Geekbot to ask questions, create standups, and keep notes naturally through chat, and in Slack you can also create polls and surveys.
How to enable Ask Geekbot
This action can be managed by the initial signup user or Slack admins and workspace owners:
Access your Geekbot Dashboard.
Go to Settings → AI features from the left side bar.
Toggle AI features ON.

Ask Geekbot respects existing access and only uses data tied to the user asking (standups/polls/surveys). Additionally, if you choose to connect an integration (Google Calendar, Jira, Asana, GitLab, Github), Ask Geekbot can also provide information from their assigned events/asks/issues.
