The History tab in the billing section shows all your plan renewals and usage charges from the start of your subscription, as well as the remaining Balance after each event.

Where to find billing History

  1. In Geekbot, go to Settings from the left side bar.

  2. Click on Billing.

  3. Open the History tab.

What you’ll see on the History page

example of billing history

Current balance

At the top, you’ll see your Balance. This is the current running total for the account which can be either positive or negative.

Event timeline

Each row is a billing event with four columns:

  • Date of the event

  • Event name
A detailed description of what happened, for example:

    • Renewed the Basic plan, paid Monthly (a plan renewal/payment)

    • Charged for X Standup participants

    • Charged for X Poll respondents

  • Activity
The amount added to or deducted from your account balance for that event.

    • A positive amount means money was added/paid in (e.g., a renewal payment).

    • A negative amount means charges were applied (e.g., usage).

  • Balance
Your running balance after that row is applied. This is what makes it easy to trace how you got to the number at the top of the page.

Viewing invoice details from History

For plan renewals (and other invoice-backed events), you’ll see an Invoice #… hyperlink directly in the Event column. Click it to open the invoice associated with that billing event.

💡 Tip: If you need a full list of invoices use the Invoices tab next to History.
